Suggested:
1. Using exit LXPADU01 or 02 to validate and ensure both P10 & CATS are same:
1.a)If IT2011, check if IT 2002 is available; find the day's earliest IT 2002. Check if both start times are same. Else, give error.
2.a)Similarly for IT 2002

2. Run a report to list pers#, date, and details, if IT 2002 & 2011 are consistent.
a)List such errors and get the empl or the HR/Payroll to correct.

In either case, the org'n may decide to enforce the IT 2011 times, using the report.

Subject: Fetch hours from IT2011 & IT2002

Hi Experts,

For my client, clock-in entries will be transferred to IT2011 and at the
same staff records time in CATS which transfers to IT2002. Now, there is a
requirement to find out the late attendance based on these two infotype
entries and deduct 1/2day CL quota if employee is late in the 3rd time.

Example : Employee's planned hours are 09:00 to 17:30hrs. He clocks in at
09:40am. His P10 entry is 09:40am in IT2011.
During time recording in CATS Timesheet, he just records
8hrs (09:00 to 17:30hrs). In IT2002, the start time is 09:00am.

When I query like below, system is fetching only 09:00am
--
HRS=PBEG
HRS?SWTB
>
HRS=1
ADDDBLATE
--

Can any one guide me, how do I query start time from IT2011 and compare it
with IT2002 entry? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

G
