Reply from MarcH. on Jan 9 at 3:15 PM Hi Robert, thanks for your reply. I have checked with the post office, US as country is fine. Besides that I was running into more issues. I finally created a new sub-type for info-type 0006, removed all fields I do not want to see (e.g. state), created a dummy entry in T5UZC with the zip-code range allowed for this kind of address (country US, state empty) and updated feature ADDRS to use the new sub-type before any others for printing the W2 and other output. Instead of the state I entered "APO, AE" into the city. W2 works great, ran it through ACCUWAGE 2011 and no error was reported. I'm surprised that SAP does not have a standard for Military addresses... Have a great week Marc

We have to send the W2 to the employee but are not quite sure how to enter the military address in SAP. I know the city has to be "APO" and I assume the state needs to be "AE". But do I select Germany or USA as country? Both don't have a state "AE" defined (which I can add of course). Has anybody done that already? Thanks in advance Marc | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
