Run the report, then choose setting from menu, take switch list, and in the blue area of the report right click. Then choose spreadsheet and the dialogue box will appear. Then you exit the report and re run it, choose setting and switch list again. Finally go to list menu and select export, the dialogue box will appear again.

From my SAP support team:
right click on a cell in the data section of your report, for example, on your Network/Activity code. You will get a pop up box â€" click on “Spreadsheetâ€:
The Select Spreadsheet box will appear:
You can then select a format and continue, or just exit the box . The next time you List -> Export -> Spreadsheet, the Select Spreadsheet box will again appear.
It worked for me. |
