What Mr.JG says is absolutely best practice. Because today Mr.Praneeth might be having little problem and you all guys could able to solve it. Once anyone open the log and see what happening in the process, one fine day one can sort out any kind of problems by his own. In this context, I would like to say one thing. Don't give fishes to eat. Tell him how to do fishing.

Which WTs are getting doubled Praneeth? Do you mean it comes twice in the log or what.
