Kindly check the locked users by:
Select username, account_status from dba_users;
if there are, unlock them.

Subject: Disp is stopping
Hi,
When i am starting the system and when I am trying to turn on the SAP through
MMC , the disp is starting and stopping.
I went to db through cmd/ sapdba and I started the db instance after that
my disp is getting connected to db and SAP is working.
But I see the same problem if I restart the comp.
Please help to get rid of the problem.
