Hi Gurus,
We had moved/transferred a employee to overseas from Undia on eff Oct 2010 & we have made his status to Inactive in the system.
There was some payment done in Apr- 2011 , the Income Tax should have recovered full tax in April , but system has projected for Bal 11 months & recovered in April Salary only 1 month income tax.
How did the system project for bal tax recovery when there is no salary to be processed as this was one time payment since the person is inactive.
How this can be rectified now since for this employee we have to recover balance TDS amount.
