Why wouldn't you use infotype 0006 - subtype 4 (Emergency contact) to store this information instead?

Hi,
We have both US and UK employees. We plan to store emergency addresses in IT21. For US employees, IT21 has the address fields (City, State, Street, etc.), but for the UK, these fields are not appearing. I looked carefully at T588M and relevant config, but haven't been able to figure it out.
Does anyone here have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
