Yes, we don't update any quota corrections through IT 2006 we need to correct
through IT-2013

We are using Time Evaluation to generate Time Quota.
We had some problem with the quotas so we went in IT 2006 and delete some quotas.
Now we are not able to recreate it using Time Evaluation.
Does it mean that you should never directly update 2006?
