Hi, As Caddick mention you can use app server on 32 bit but you have to maintain 2 version of kernel(64 bit on CI and 32 bit on DI) and also you have to comment the sapcpe program in START profile of central instance to prevent the copy of kernel files to DI when restarting the SAP systems. For memory management since for 64 bit server , system is having plenty of memory address to use so we need not to use the zero memory management but please go through the SAP note for the same.
