Hi,

Please perform basic troubleshooting like checking R3trans -d if database is
up , check dev_ms,dev_disp and dev_w0 log files.

If not able to resolve then please paste the content of dev_w0 ,trans.log
content(make sure to remove the ====== from the log file)
