Hi!
I configured for Advanced returns management and I Chose Delivery type LLR for the delivery type returns. I used NB2C as the PO type since it is a cross company return.When I try to create the delivery, i get the following errors:
Sales area 92 00 is not defined
Shipping for sales org. dist. chan. from plant 0145 is not possible
Delivery from plant 0145 for material H787-04 is not possible.
If I change the delivery type to NCR, then I am able to create the delivery ,but not able to post it.
All the material master and the customer master settings are correct.
Your input on this will be helpful.
