[sap-hr] Workflow : sending mail issue

Hello,

We have a workflow working fine unless in some cases, the sending mail task is falling even if the body is well built and the mail address exist(checked in the log).

We've the following exception :
Message text : Document <report approve> could not be sent
Exception : 1001
Area : SO
Message : 23

Would you please help on this
