Hi Joe
If incentive and bonus are paid in normal payroll run, then
normal payroll schema processes deductions in function PRPRI.
If you want to process thes in off-cycle payroll, then certain parts of the payroll schema may be skipped by checking IF SPRN.

I am configuring HR modules for the first time and there is a scenario i am looking at help. Client has a requirement that employees who have taken a loan from the company apart from monthly installment they make to the company and incentive and bonus payment to employee should also be adjusted automatically to the entire system.
Please let me know how can we make this scenario in SAP.
