Thanks for the reply.
I could see the following customization for Tcode: KALC:
OK 17 : GL account 706000 is assigned for automatic posting and also substitution rules are given
3KEH: Default Profit center is not assigned
KEDO: Derviation rules are not stated
My question is as GL account 706000 is assigned for automatic posting and no default profit center is assigned... and when Tcode KALC is used , because of the above set-up ...does this cause value not flowing into PCA?? If 3KEH is taken care, will the value be triggered into PCA?

There is no profit center in the line items and you have not done 3KEH. Also are these GL accounts reconciliation accounts (K or D)?
