If you have total quantity 12 then you can only make SES for 12 quantity, I suggest you make 12 SES from time to time each with 1 quantity only;
I've adopted the same approach in my company; Hope this help out;

Hello Experts,
I m having a problem while creating a service entry sheet.Actually it allows me to make the service entry sht first time only but when i want to make another one against the same spo it gives me the error "Quantity entered 13.000 exceeds quantity 12.000 in purchase order".
The requirement is we do not want create many spo(service purchase order),since it is a yearly contract.We want to make a spo one time only against which i should be able to make the 12 service entry sht.
Please advice. How can we do this?
