GUI version is 7.10 with latest patch level 20.
The issue has been solved now, we did this.
Applied latest gui patch.
Uninstalled and reinstalled excel 2007.

We have been experiencing some strange problem, when the users try to download the reports through "transfer to xxl" from SAP ,the report is not getting displayed in excel instead its showing "data saved to xxl" and blank excel sheet pops out.
IT HAPPENS ONLY WITH USERS WHO HAVE EXCEL 2007, we have tried updating latest GUI patch and settings in excel under trust center for macrs to medium still we face the same error. Please suggest. |
