This looks like a GUI issue. Stupid questions:
What are the GUI and patch levels?
Did you search in SAP OSS? Try searching on the GUI itself.
This happens for all computers regardless of GUI installed?
Do you use any specific layout for CAT2 other than the standard?

Subject: The CAT2 scroll bar has disappeared.

Hi experts,

Please help if you can. We are running ECC 6.04 and recently installed HR support packs up through level 30 in our DEV and QE systems. Now when I access CAT2 timesheet in these systems (all clients), the scroll bar at the bottom of the timesheet is missing.

Previously the scroll bar displayed on the lower right portion of the screen to allow the left side of the screen with order and attendance/absence types to remain in view while you scroll through the days to enter time. If I start to resize my screen the scroll bar displays until I release the edge of the resize screen. At that point the scroll bar disappears again. I have reviewed the settings and cannot seem to find anything to address this issue. I have tried using tab to see if it would reappear or at least move the entire screen for time entry in subsequent days. This also did not work.

Time is crucial as we must install the support packs in our production system before we run W2s. Has anyone else experienced this issue before or can perhaps point me in the direction to look?

Thank you in advance.

Still learning in SAP
Debbie
