Consider leap year factor in relates to depreciation calculation in 2012.

Subject: Depreciation of asset transferred
Thanks for the swift response. I did a recalculation but the planned values in the old and new asset did not change.
For the sending asset master data,their is a planned posting to take place in period 1 2011.This planned posting is the total of depreciation that was spread over 12 month in the fiscal year 2011 before the transfer.
For receiving asset the planned depreciation form period 01 to 12 for 2011 is showing 0 and depreciation is planned to continue in 2012.
I am thinking the issue could have to do with the fiscal year change and asset closing that was done.Can you please help |
