What changed, and when did it happen? Did an upgrade happen? Did you upgrade your GUI? Actions I believe are IMG settings, so that's the first place I'd check. If it's removed, I think just adding it back will help. Also, do you have both the code and the name appearing in your drop-down? This is an individual GUI setting, so if those codes don't appear you mark that specific checkbox in the GUI settings.
