Hi Eranna I suggest: navigate to IMG->PT->...Absences...->Absence counting->: (i)If absence is not to be counted on holidays, untick PH class 1 to 10. Non holidays are of class 0. (ii)If part day absences are allowed, then tick part days and daily work schedule(DWS) hrs > 0. This will allow part days and if day is not an off day. (iii)day types: blank and zero are working days. 1-9 are non-working. (iv)DWS class: select all. If you still have problem, let us know. Hope this helps. Regards, JG
