Hello all,

Just to add the component for an SAP customer message. I would feel it is worth an attempt to ask for information via the SAP partner network.
An SAP customer message on XX-PART-OPT-ARC is forwarded to the experts from OpenText.

Apart from the usual resource "optimization" (network, CPU, I/O), the settings in DS Setup can be used to adjust the system to your needs.
E.g. the DISABLE_NAGLE (to 1) or the window size DS_WINSZ are parameters which can influence the runtime behavior quite a bit.

Hi Gurus,

I have been receiving many comments by users that IXOS is responding slow. I have been working in SAP basis but very new to IXOS archive link. Please advice how can we analyze for IXOS server performance. I have checked OS level and its fine. I have also browsed through httpd.log, RC1.log, WC.log, alert_DS.log but could not find abything relevant.
