You don't and never should. This could cause inconsistencies in the document and one user could overwrite the changes which another user has just saved if they are performing changes at the same time. This is the whole point of locking the document whilst someone is changing it.

We have central contract and how can we set up a system configure for multiple user should access the contract at a time
