Transfer the output to an EXCEL, layout the content properly go to the "text for the new value column" filter by dialogue user , next go to "action" column filter by "initial user type" and "user type changed", make sure to have selected the options created and deleted users, also the validity period should span the complete year of 2008.


You are getting the output as suggested by other experts, you just need to sort it properly
