Hi,
I have moved on from previous phase and while moving to configuration phase
it asked me to update SPAM stating the current level is too low in and asked
to PREP_CONFIGURATION/SPAM_CHK_INI phase. I tried to apply SPAM update level
39 and getting this error(import log ):

After getting error and looking for some solution I have applied the
latest:

but the error remains the same..
