[sap-hr] Error in TimeEval - No data for time recording infotype 0050 on key date

Hi Gurus,
I received an error "No data for time recording (infotype 0050) on key date" while running the time evaluation.
We have -ve time eval and so I checked ZM04 (copied from TM04) and found that the line
CHECK NOTR * Do not use Time Recording infotype
has been commented. I am not able to understand why I get the error still.
Can someone please help.
