[sap-log-pp] Integration PM-PP in LTP

dear PP Gurus,
we are going to use LTP to simulate & check the possibility of our resource (PP-PI was used) when receive a new order from customer. As information, our scenario is Make to Stock production with planning strategy 40.
now the issue is, when checking capacity of a resource after LTP Run in CM38, the capacity requirement from PM Order couldn't be read from CM38. although by using CM21, there were PM Order block some period.
I have checked also the the customizing of Selection Profile (OPA2), option "work orders" has been selected.
Is that the nature of LTP or is there any miss customizing?
