instead of PAC.when you change the UOM as PC system will determine the
price in item level.

Just to add to Sivaiah's answer, you have to enter the PC UOM before you press enter on the line or it will not change the price UOM.
Since the item is already there, you will have to delete the line and enter it again with a new line number.

While creating the sales order please give unit of measure is PC
manually.So that system will consider the price for PC. Even you maintained
Price for PAC.
