Thanks for your shared information, I have tried SU24 and added almost all the object as 02 in ACTIVITY, but same results.
Finally I have tried SU53 and found Transaction code FB02 is needed, I have added the same and user now have this edit button.

Recently we modified some Finance role, and observed User Previously able to edit customer Assignment or payment term Field using Edit (Pencil Logo) in Transaction "fbl1n"
Now after new creation of Role this button is not appearing in Transaction Code - "fbl1n "
How do I get that edit button?
