Txn MB51 is a good start for a list of material documents, with broad selection screen. Mvmt type 101 for Goods Receipt. Can limit by date range, material number, a list of PO numbers....
You can go direct to the tables: EKBE for PO History, tied to EKPO for the PO Line Item and EKKO for the PO Header. EKBE generally aligns with the data you see on the PO History tab in ME23N.
