Here's what you should do as your are on Windows:
1. on a file and print server (where you normally store your Windows file, create a folder and make sure that user SAPserviceSID has full access to it. also share it for normal users.
2. share that folder... example: \\servername\sharename
3. when using MDLD, use a file path uch as: \\servername\sharename\filename.pdf
