Search through the release notes for the SP that was implemented - and ALSO through the release notes for the next SP (the one that SAP issued which follows the one you just put in). The issue and solution may already be documented there.
Did you upgrade the SAP Frontend package as part of the SP upgrade? Did you try the most currently released version of SAP Frontend to see if it has the same issue?
Snowy said 'check the printer'. The reply was "no such settings". I'm surprised by that reply. What make & model of printer is this regarding?

Yes, but this behavior is after SP Upgrade, sorry I have not mentioned in my first Post.
We have cross checked all the settings but we are surprised why this is happening.
Please suggest further.
