You Can change it on the delivery level
But before the PGI you have To do a copy pick quantity as delivery

HI,there multiple way to make correction, in a first one Delivery is creatd
but not proccessed, yes you have to delete the line impacted in the
delivery, then you have to delete the sales line ( be carefull if there is
a purchase requisition) another way is deliver and make a return document
link to the sale to the stock, in these cases no invoices are made, even
thre is one , make a return in sfree stock with cnote , in CO you have to
match cnote and invoice
then you have to reenter a new sales line with the right qty.
if you do that way you are able to follow all steps in the document flow.
