There is a problem with data2.cap file. I have also encountered the same
problem.
Only way is you have to get new siebel client software/orginal CD.
Otherwise try to install
through CUSTOM/COMPACT option. Because TYPICAL option select all facilities
and try to
cope-up with data2.cab. Hence, the problem arises.
Try the above option.
