[sap-other] Configurable Material Tab in Matkey

I have a CIF issue from R3 to APO.
The error is that , the material is not configurable.

On R3 end , it is set as configurable but on apo - in matkey table , the configurable material tab is empty.

So how does this get populated and how can i fix this issue?
