Joe, it appears that the status NDNR is a user status created for your
firm. Thus your business process should dictate how to set the status of
WOs when there is no work done.

Using standard SAP "Do Not Execute" also sets status NCMP (Not Completed).

This should mean the same thing as far as processing. So you should
confirm how the values NDNR or NCMP are used in reporting. One use of
these status codes are to provide actionable intelligence for your business
process. If neither code is used for reporting, then this is an
opportunity to improve your management process.

Hi guys,

Just want to ask this question regarding PM work orders.
If you did not use the work orders for that period does it need to be Released then enter NDNR (Not Done Not Required) then TECO
or
Just CLSD the work order by going to Order - Functions - Complete - Do not Execute since we are not using the work order.
