Reply from Tim Robertson on Aug 8 at 8:05 AM Use Transaction IE05 (Change Equipment: Equipment List), enter your selection criteria including the Functional Locations you wish to retrieve Equipment List for. From the list select equipment you wish to mass change. Using Menu, choose: Goto, Functions, Active <-> Inactive, Deactivate. You can use this option to Deactivate or Activate as well as change Deletion Flag.

Suppose I have 20000 equipment created in system for some equipment system status should be active and for some it should be inactive, is there any way to do it? Can you guys help me out to solve this issue?
