if I do a journal entry to a cost center, it posts the amount under that cost center to the GL and it shows up on the P&L report. If I post an amount to a Cost Center using AR invoice and AP invoice, the amount to the cost center does not post to GL and does not show up on the P&L. We just started using SAP Business One in July. Did i miss something in the configuration of the Cost Centers?

In our new GL if a posting is made to Cost center and Order, the GL View does not retain the value for cost center. The entry view and BSEG has both values. The budget data was loaded into new GL with GP12N at Cost Center, order, gl account. This info is in FAGLFLEXT and FAGLFLEXP tables. As well as my report painter report and other SAP Standard reports from New GL.
How can I write a report that gives me actuals and budget at the cost center, order, gl Account level? Besides dumping in Excel, can lumira help here?
This question pertains to a previous question that has remained unanswered, I am hoping this clarifies the problem. |
