Subject: How to Cancel Copy Client
Hello,
Scheduled is a copy client from prd to qas (client 240) via scc9 (sap 6.0).
We do it every month. Log is written in scc3.
After copy, every user log in to client qas with username and pw from prd.
Now, when user wants to log in, message is: client is locked.
scc3 in main qas client says: copy canceled.
Now we are stuck: how to enter client qas 240 and schedule new copy? How to break process which is - canceled?
