Would you mind if we ask you to post more information about the issue?
Is this a custom report? is it a standard report? is it SQ01/SQ02 generated? is it SQVI generated?
Can you tell us a bit more about that "table" displaying the sales order number? (is it an ALV?, is it an internat table?, is it a dictionary table? ...)
As usual, the more info you give, the fastest and accurate answer you'll get.

PS: If I had to solve this issue, I'd start setting a debug break-point before printing or displaying and checking the contents of the internal table.

I have a table that displays the sales order number but sad to say it only displays the first line of a specific customer data.
For example I choose customer number 100001 it only displays the first line when I run it and when I view the data in se11 their are several data that is the same customer number 10001.
I really need help.
