If so, you can use ABSO if you have a transaction type configured to retire just the specific depreciation area you want to retire. See if one like that is available on the second screen of ABSO by checking the drop-down list. If one is not available, you will need one set up.

Hi All
We need to dispose of an asset on the US GAAP register without disposing of it on the other GAAP register. This works when we have assets that have not been depreciated with ABSO. We are trying to dispose of an asset that has been depreciated and it is not working with ABSO.
Pls advice.
