Reply from Sipho on Jul 29 at 3:23 AM Yes it is Windows OS , my client is located in a different region and i can only access their machine remotely . How then do i locate the Spool server/folder in their machine and according to my understanding i should then move it in cloud, but where in cloud ?

I kindly need your help with this:
One of my clients has an issue with printing. They are on B1 cloud environment and every time she prints, it takes like 2-5 minutes for a page to print out and each page is using 12mbs to print.
Please assist.
