What is your quantity associated with your SUT? This is defined in IMG under WMS -> Master Data -> Material -> Define Storage Unit Types

You may want to check SPRO > LE > WM > Strategies > Activate Storage Bin
Type Search > Storage Unit Types. I suspect that you may need to enter a
capacity in here for your SU.

I have found OSS note 392776 useful when playing with capacities before, as
it explains all of the settings.
