We have changed a GL account which was initially a non-Open Item Managed account to OIM account. The program has (1) grouped various entries, (2) created an offset entry automatically and (3) cleared it as well. Now the account has become OIM.
The problem is when we try to match new entries coming inside now, their matches (Dr/Cr) are already cleared by system during the above process. Hence we thought of Resetting few of those Auto Cleared documents using FBRA. However, the system says that it cannot be done and gives the error message "FAGL_SWITCH_OP043" - stating items cleared as part of OIM change cannot be reset.
Is there any way that we can reset these items to match it correctly. Appreciate your help.
