If you select the payment method supplement check box system make group
of payment according to the payment method..
For example :
1. If you have Rs10000/- invoices,if you want generate one single document
you can select this box.

If you mean "what is the purpose of selecting (putting a tick mark in) Payment Method Supplement", that simply enable the use of payment method suppliments. If not selected, PM supplements have no effect in this company code.
