Hi,
We have a requirement to make the email address field mandatory on customer contacts (specifically the Technical Contact (Partner Function 11)). I have tried going to the Contact person in OVT0, but when I got to the Field Check under the Contact person, I only see a few fields (Department, Form of Address, Name, First Name, Function and Telephone 1). I want to add Internet Mail Address (Email Address) to this list so that I can then set it to "Req. Entry".
Does anyone know if this is possible? I would appreciate any guidance in this area, as this is a long-standing issue in my organization.
