It is not advisable nor is it standard practice to create separate w/t's for the same purpose.

Dearness allowance is changed from 100% to 107% of basic pay wage type from July 2014 to all employees except secondary school teachers and staff.
So how this situation can be handled? Should I create separate wage type for these employees and change valuation of wage type accordingly?
