Generally it is about the process and decision making in company.
If the goods were moved to SIT with 641, post it back with 642
or you can make the GR in receiving plant with 101 and then return it back or start some claim process.
Depends on how the process is set up in your company

Subject: MB5T Deleting Items That Are On The Sheet
Here's whats going on: STO list is printed stock is transferred between 2 plants. Plant 1 prints off the STO gives it to an employee who goes to plant 2 and pulls items on list. When he returns to plant 2 the items he said he pulled are put in transit, which should clear the sheet when migo is done. Problem is some items that were put in transit the receiver says he did not get, which in turn when the next MB5T report is done it will show these items. I need to get these items off the sheet.
