I just did it - my SUIM shows the deletion then the addition.
You should look into it? sap notes...

Hi. Can you tell me why SUIM does not show a role was removed ? As part of a test, I removed a role from a user and then added it back. I then ran SUIM for Change Documents and it only shows that the role was added. It does not show that the role was first removed. |
