do the following things.
1. Go to VF02+enter
2. Press SHIFT+F8--See-whether output type is visible or not
3. Here just press CTRL+F1 --then will tell you the Exact output
determination procedure assigned--here you can find the output analysis and
the hindering problem.

Just check whether you have entered properly the access sequence to output
type. Then in processing routines check for the transmission medium
printout if you have assigned the proper program, form, and the layout either
script or pdf.
Also check the master record in vv31. If you have maintained properly or not.
