You may need to configure/use an action type different from normal on-line transaction. This could be only for LSMW.
You can try with PA40, with hiring action part 1 (for non-sensitive data), using a spreadsheet with one column for action type and the rest of the columns for data like, pers.no., date, infotype/s, action reason, etc. with all data for the different infotypes name, address, etc - all in one line.
For sensitive data like IT 8, a different pers. action.
Then another pers action type for org re-assignment.

How can we upload multiple Hiring action types and action reasons in a single template through LSMW. For example, an EE will have hiring action date,then transfer,then org re-assignment etc.
So plz let me know how to incorporate all these in a single template of lsmw.
